At Containers First we aim to always provide a high level of product and service. Therefore, if for some reason your container fails to meet the conditions of sale as stated on the tax invoice, Containers first reserves the right to choose from the following options to rectify the issue:

1.     Onsite repair

2.     Off-site repair

3.     Swap the Container

Repair or replacement will only be considered when the Customer has inspected the Container on Delivery, and shall within seven (7) days thereof (time being of the essence) notify ERS of any alleged defect/damage (inclusive of photographs where applicable), shortage in quantity, or failure to comply with the description or ERS’s quotation. The Customer shall afford ERS an opportunity to inspect the Container within a reasonable time following such notification if the Customer believes the Container is defective in any way. If the Customer shall fail to comply with these provisions the Container shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage.

Repair on any defects is conditional of the repair being required due to negligence on our behalf prior to the container leaving our yard, and will not be considered because a second party has caused damage (either through human error, accident or “act of god”)

Refund instructions

The refund policy shall not replace or replace the limited warranty or disclaimer contained in the end user license agreement. The refund policy only applies within the time limit specified here and is subject to the requirements specified here.

1. It should be returned within 30 days after shipment.

2. After you get your product, the shipping fee + transaction fee + packaging fee will be deducted from your amount. If there is no type of damage to the product, the remaining amount will be transferred to your account.

3. If we receive the product after 30 days from the delivery date, it will not be accepted. If a credit/debit card/online bank is used for payment, the refund will be refunded to the original credit/debit card/online bank provided at the time of purchase, and if a payment gateway is used, the refund will be refunded to the same account. The financial review time is 7 working days from the date when the user applies for a refund. After the review is passed, the refund will be directly refunded to your designated account.

The user refund handling fee is charged 4% of the refund amount, not less than US$400 each time.

The user refund amount does not include other rewards such as recharge gift amount, coupon amount, etc
