DELIVERY.

CONTAINER ONE outsources delivery to local providers at or near cost to help simplify the purchase process for customers without trucks. Customer waives CONTAINER ONE of any/all liability associated with product delivery.

During the delivery process, the customer is able to request a specific location to drop the container. If a delivery truck gets stuck during the delivery of a customer’s container/order, the customer is fully responsible for getting the delivery truck out or towed.

CONTAINER ONE “CONTAINER ONE” shall have no liability whatsoever for loss or damage due to late or delayed delivery.  If Equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit the customer shall file a claim with delivering carrier per US Department of Transportation guidelines.

Shipping Methods

All the trailers will be shipped worldwide by sea. You are welcome to get a free quotation by filling up the form with your name, email, detailed address, product, and requirements, we will shortly contact you with the full information including the most suitable delivery method (fast, secure, discreet) and freight.

When transporting flatbed trailers, many customers use container transportation, which has low transportation costs and short transportation time.

Other trailers usually use bulk carriers or ro-ro ships. Customcontainershipping will spray wax and cover the tarpaulin.

When the trailer arrived at your seaport or destination, you can pick it up with the bill of lading we offered.

Shipping Rates

Our sales will recommend suitable transportation methods for you according to the quantity and model of the trailer you ordered, and strive for the cheapest freight for you. We will only charge you the freight from our factory to your port of destination, and the cost of customs clearance will be paid by yourself.

The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.

Shipment Tracking

The process is relatively simple and well organized. Once the trailer has left our facility, your shipment will be assigned a delivery number. Our sales will send you the package pictures and logistics information of the vehicle at any time.

Damaged Shipments

We carefully select our carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare customers are asked to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process (if needed). We ask customers to notify us within 24 hours of any damage sustained to the packaging or trailers.
